The DMAX14 is Noisefighters’ all-metal J-arm for dovetail-equipped thermal and NV monoculars — primarily the InfiRay RH25 and Trijicon SkeetIR. 1.4 oz total. 7075-T6 aluminum throughout. Rotating knuckle for tight helmet stow and swing-away. Lifetime transferable warranty. Made in the USA by a USMC combat veteran-owned company.

Requires a dovetail helmet mount — NOT compatible with bayonet/horn-style mounts. No auto-shutoff integrated.

1.4 oz — all 7075-T6 aluminum

Lighter than a polymer milspec J-arm despite being entirely metal. Every component is 7075-T6 aluminum — the same alloy class used in premium NVG housings.

Designed for dovetail thermal monoculars

Primary targets are the InfiRay RH25 and Trijicon SkeetIR. Any dovetail-equipped monocular is compatible. NOT for PVS-14 format devices — see the MAX14 for those.

Rotating knuckle

Swing the monocular away from the eye without removing it from the mount. Stows tightly against the helmet when not deployed.

Friction-based IPD adjustment

Intuitive mechanism for positioning the monocular in front of either eye and dialing in interpupillary distance.

Rearward-swept arm

Slight rearward sweep positions the eyepiece closer to the eye and improves compatibility with larger helmets.

Tether point

Rear tether/dummy cord point keeps the system secured without imparting torsion on the monocular.

What helmet mount is required?
