Returns must be initiated within 3 business days of delivery — call (888) 330-7057 or email sales@superiortac.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping anything back. Items must be returned in NEW condition, in the original manufacturer's packaging, with all original contents included.

Restocking fees: unopened items — none. Opened items in new, resalable condition — 20%. Opened image intensifier tubes and night vision devices — 30–50% based on condition. Defective items, transit damage, or our error — no fees, and we cover return shipping.

Return shipping and insurance are the customer's responsibility (insurance is highly recommended — Superior Tactical LLC is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misplaced by the carrier). Yes — we offer financing through Credova. Every product page shows an estimated monthly payment next to the price, and you can select Credova as your payment option at checkout. Pre-qualifying takes about a minute, and Credova states that checking your options will not impact your credit score.
