Length: XPS2 is 3.8″ long vs 3.8″ — the crosswise battery saves height and overall profile.
Mount: XPS2 uses a cross-bolt (tool required for removal). EXPS3 has a QD lever.
Buttons: XPS2 has rear-mounted buttons. EXPS3 has side-mounted buttons (better magnifier access).
Co-witness: XPS2 is absolute co-witness (~1.4″ centerline). EXPS3 is lower 1/3 (~1.6″).
Night vision: XPS2-0 has no NV settings. Not compatible with NVGs.
