PVS-14 Housing Kit — Built for Tube Installation and Field Repair

If you already have a Gen 3 or Gen 2 image intensifier tube — or you’re sourcing one separately to hand select your specific performance level — this pvs 14 housing kit gives you everything else you need to build a complete, mil spec AN/PVS-14 monocular. It’s also the correct replacement kit if you’re doing depot-level repairs or rebuilding a unit to military specification.

Every component is manufactured and tested to mil spec, matching the same standard used for U.S. military and law enforcement night vision devices. The kit is hands free capable straight out of the box — the included headmount accepts standard helmet mount adapters so you can run it helmet mounted or head mounted depending on your setup.

White phosphor and auto gated tube options are available separately. Call us at (888) 330-7057 for current tube inventory and hand select options. We carry L3Harris and Elbit tubes and can pair them with this kit for a complete system.

No. This is a housing kit — it includes every component needed to build a complete AN/PVS-14 except the image intensifier tube. You can source a tube separately from our image intensifier inventory, or call us at (888) 330-7057 to hand select a specific tube to pair with this kit.

What image intensifier tubes are compatible?
This housing kit accepts any standard 18mm Gen 2 or Gen 3 image intensifier tube, including L3Harris 11769, L3Harris MX-10160, and Elbit tubes. Both white phosphor and green phosphor tubes are compatible. Contact us for current inventory and hand select options.

Can I use this kit to repair an existing PVS-14?
Yes. This kit contains all the housing components needed for depot-level repair or rebuild of an existing AN/PVS-14. Every part is manufactured to mil spec. If you need specific components rather than the full kit, call us and we can help.

What is the difference between this kit and a complete PVS-14?
A complete PVS-14 includes the housing, accessories, and an installed image intensifier tube. This kit includes the housing and all accessories but no tube — the preferred option if you want to hand select your specific tube performance level, or for repair and rebuild work.
