Return Policy: Restocking and Shipping Costs

Please be aware that all items must be returned in NEW condition, including the item's packaging (i.e., not used, broken, or worn), in the original manufacturer's packaging, and with all original contents included.

  • Timeframe for Returns: You must contact Superior Tactical LLC within three business days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
  • Item Condition Requirements: Returned products must be in pristine, unused condition. Any item showing signs of wear, damage, or hygiene concerns will be declined.
  • Packaging and Accessories: All original packaging and included accessories must accompany the return.
  • Purchase Source: Only items purchased directly from Superior Tactical LLC qualify for returns under this policy.
  • Initiating a Refund Request: To begin the return process, email support@superiortac.com with your order number included in the message.
  • Applicable Fees: A restocking charge of up to 30% and shipping costs may apply depending on the circumstances of the return.
  • Fee Deductions: These fees may be withdrawn from your refund amount or billed separately, as determined by the specifics of the case and Superior Tactical LLC’s guidelines.
  • Replacements for Identical Products: If you're exchanging for the same item and it qualifies under our return window, shipping labels will be provided at no cost.
  • Error or Defect Coverage: If the product arrives defective, doesn’t match what you ordered, or was shipped incorrectly, Superior Tactical LLC will cover return shipping and waive the restocking fee—provided the issue is reported within the designated return period.
  • Unopened Products: Items returned unopened and in original condition are exempt from restocking fees, but return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Non-Eligible Returns: Products returned without valid justification—such as incorrect claims or if the item is accurate and undamaged—may be returned to the buyer, or costs recouped through deductions from the refund.
  • RMA Requirement: No product should be shipped back without obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number first.
  • Management Discretion Clause: Superior Tactical LLC reserves full authority to approve or reject any refund requests that fall outside this documented policy.

NOTE: If you are returning an item due to buyer's remorse, just didn't like it, or changed your mind. You are still required to obtain an RMA# from Superior Tactical LLC. You, the End User (Customer), will be responsible for the return shipping and insurance costs. Superior Tactical LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages by the carrier sent back to Superior Tactical LLC, the original manufacturer, supplier, or distributor by the End User. So, insurance is highly recommended to cover/protect your investment. Your choice of the carrier - FedEx, UPS, USPS.
